Interpreting rates
The prices shown on the website are per apartment per week.
Our prices include: consumption of electricity, water and gas (normal consumption). For stays of several months (low season), the consumption of light, water and gas is not included.
Data privacy
Your personal information will receive the treatment they are entitled under the law of data protection, and in no case be transferred to third parties for any sales promotion or otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
At all times you will be able to cancel your reservation, even if it occurs within three days of arrival, will be charged 25% of the total amount in respect of cancellation fees. To make the cancellation, please contact info@demo.com indicating your reservation number.
Deposit
Deposit / guarantee: the collection of keys, customers will leave on deposit a guarantee of between € 200 and €500 in cash, according to the category of housing. This amount serves as a guarantee for a proper use of furniture, fixtures and overall in good condition.
Upon arrival: customers during the first 48 hours, shall be notified to the Agency "Multiservice Total S.L.", any damage or defect that is in the housing in order to be able to repair it as soon as possible, passes these 48 hours, and have not received any notification, the customer accepts that the House is in perfect condition.
Day of departure: the deposit will be refunded / warranty, after checking the perfect state of housing. and that is in the same State found: clean, orderly and without garbage accumulated. In high season, this deposit will be returned by post or bank transfer a few days after the day of the departure of customers, after checking the perfect state of the House.
Schedules
Collect the keys: keys shall be carried out in our office from noon (12: 00 h). Day of departure: the housing must be left free before 10.00 h.
Maximum number of occupants
The occupation of the accommodation by an amount of people top to the established in the book will cause the immediate cancellation of the contract without right to the refund of the amount of the book.
Pets are not admitted
In case of travel with their pets must request permission before completing his book.
Cost of entrance
There is a single charge of expenses of entry which includes the cleaning of input and output, a set of bed linens, a set of towels per person, bath mat and dishcloths. For stays longer than 1 week, will facilitate an extra set of bed linen per bed and towels per person for their own change, to collect, appointment in our office.
Laundry service: bedding: €2 per game. Set of towels: €1 per game.
Responsibilities excluded
Multiservice Total S.L. as mere intermediary, not can take responsibility is, by stay out of its field of activity and of them forecasts that you are payable, of theft, damage or accidents not insured that may produce is both in them people as in them objects of your property.
Please do not leave valuables in the house. In case of theft we will not be responsible for.
Loss of keys
Multiservice Total S.L. is not responsible for the loss of keys outside your office hours. We suggest you contact with a locksmith.
